We have been learning about the 5 senses. To celebrate British Science Week Year 1 took part in a taste experiment. We tasted the four basic flavours - salty, sweet, sour and bitter to get our taste buds working. Then we investigated how good we were at using our sense of taste (and sense of smell) to work out the flavour of crisps.
