Yoga Year 7

Year 7 have enjoyed over the past 3 weeks taking part in a Yoga workshop. 

They have learned to use their body to create different poses such as Butterfly,Tree, Warrior.  
The skills they have learned during these sessions are, how to balance and concentrate, how to keep calm and breathe. 

A music pad was used to allow the children to hear the different sounds and learn how they can make you happy and zen

A big thank you to Francis for showing us all how to relax and be kind to ourselves and others.
